The company holds a valid NBFC registration since 1989, to do the business of financing all over the India. The company belongs to “Loan Company” under the classification of Reserve Bank. Since at present all the directors and stakeholders are in Thrissur district of Kerala state, now the corporate office of the company has been set in Thrissur.

In long term Company is proposing to start 10 more branches all over South part of India in the Fiscal 2020-21 with a vision to add more loan products, especially with MSME sector, keeping the Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR), Leverage Ratio and other Reserve Bank directions, company has the option to raise funds through the issue of privately placed debentures, Company would look into raise funds through this option.
